Standard custom orders received by Friday, will be available for shipping or pickup the following Friday. Some restrictions apply for specialized product lines or large orders.

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK UP

Shipping costs vary based on size & weight.

Orders shipped will arrive within 5-7 business days, on average.

 

Be mindful that items may not arrive on weekends and/or holidays; this is out of West Coast Laser Design's control.

To avoid shipping costs & delays, you may pick up your order within 72 hours at our Point Ruston Public Market location. Please note, our storefront is very small and prompt pick up is necessary.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of our products, refunds will only be provided if the product is defective - or if we are unable to meet your delivery requirements (determined prior to product creation).

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. All payments to be made via our website. Products will not be produced until payment is received.
